Those of us who are often in a bad mood, who find it difficult to smile or those who are bothered by the happiness of others, are people who simply suffer internally and reflect how they feel inside with the way they live their life. It is important to keep it in mind to reduce stress and headaches, because many of us usually take personally the behavior of others towards us, and that is what creates unecessary suffering in our reality.
Once we realize that it is not our responsibility to control the emotional and mental part of others, it is when it becomes easier to deal with such situations. When we talk about how to help others with this condition, many think that through punishment or violence everything will be solved and that is something that never generates positive results. In order to help others, it is important to be honest with them in a constructive way so they will realize our intentions to genuinely help them. It is crucial to not to tell them the truth and not what they want to hear, everything will be up to the person of how much they really want to heal internally.
Once we use all resources available to help them but they still choose to remain in the same state, it is important to not forget that there are cases where the best thing we can do, is staying away from them. There are situations where trying to help others on the emotional aspect is like trying to pick up broken pieces of glass on the floor, regardless of our good intentions to help them, we take the risk of cutting ourselves by just trying to assist them with their inner suffering.
